Salary: €1,055 gross, paid over 14 months

About The Role

Are you fluent in German and have a B2 level of English? Join an international customer support team representing a leading company in the automotive industry.

You will assist customers with automotive and digital products, helping them resolve issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Your responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, chat and email.
• Provide assistance with automotive and digital products.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve the customer experience.
• Stay up to date with the latest offers, policies and services.
• Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Working schedule

• Monday to Sunday, following the German schedule.
• 24/7 rotational shifts.

Requirements

• Native German or C1 German proficiency.
• B2 English level.
• Knowledge of automotive and digital products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good documentation and computer skills.
• Professional, enthusiastic and customer-oriented attitude.
  
  
  

Important: This is a fully remote position. Candidates already residing in Portugal will be given preference. Relocation to Portugal may be supported in selected cases.
