RETENTION AGENTS (DE) - RUSSIA

As a German Speaking Conversion & Retention Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and driving the growth of our business. You will be responsible for converting potential clients into active traders and retaining existing customers through engaging communication and effective relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Engage with German-speaking clients via phone, email. Qualifications: Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Proven experience in a conversion or retention role, within the forex or financial services industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Benefits: Competitive base salary of 2,800 - 3,500 per month depending on experience. Full relocation support, including housing and flight expenses. 350 cash allowance for the first three months to assist with living expenses.
