RETENTION AGENT — DUTCH MARKET

Greece | Relocation Opportunity

The Talent Hunter is currently recruiting experienced Retention Agents for the Dutch market in Greece.

We are looking for professionals with at least 1 year of proven experience in FX retention who can build strong client relationships, manage existing clients and consistently work towards performance targets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and develop relationships with existing Dutch-speaking clients
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the retention cycle
Re-engage inactive clients and maximize client activity
Identify opportunities to increase client value and engagement
Build trust and long-term professional relationships
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Work towards individual and team KPIs
Maintain accurate client records and follow internal procedures
Contribute to overall team performance and revenue targets

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent Dutch
Minimum 1 year FX Retention experience
Experience working with the Dutch market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong sales and retention mindset
Target-oriented and motivated by performance
Professional and confident approach
Comfortable working in an international environment

€2,200 BASE SALARY
