Job Title: Retention Agent Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Regulated Brand Job Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Retention Agents to join our dynamic team in Sofia. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer retention and possess excellent communication skills. This role focuses on maintaining and enhancing relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction, and promoting our payment solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance loyalty and retention. Proactively reach out to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage client inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies aimed at improving customer retention rates. Analyze customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to better serve our clients. Qualifications: Experience as a Retention Agent in the FX Industry is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; EU PASSPORT HOLDERS ONLY TO APPLY (Due to rules and regulations in Bulgaria) Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary starting at 2,200+ (depending on experience and performance) plus rent compensation. An amazing bonus scheme based on performance.
