We are seeking a full-time Rheumatologist to join a growing outpatient practice near Indianapolis. The role involves providing 100% outpatient rheumatology care with a broad case mix, including RA, OA, SLE, gout, vasculitis, and biologic management. The practice benefits from an established referral base, reasonable patient volumes, and a dedicated team of medical and nursing staff, including infusion nurses.
Responsibilities include maintaining access and continuity of care, supporting a busy infusion program, and managing a diverse range of rheumatologic conditions.
Qualifications and Skills include a medical license eligible for Indiana, ability to manage a broad spectrum of rheumatologic diseases, and willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule & Benefits involve a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule (4.5-day workweek), with compensation comprising a base salary starting at $300,000, productivity incentives, a $25,000 sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance up to $10,000.
