This role involves providing comprehensive care to patients with mental health and behavioral issues, contributing to a supportive and therapeutic environment. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and families. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and coping strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
