We take immense pride in our recently expanded and redesigned ED, featuring 12 new beds, a state-of-the-art rapid assessment and special care unit, a dedicated red zone, and an expanded, centralized imaging department right next to the ED. Key Responsibilities: As the RN Manager, Emergency, you will be leading a dedicated team in our 70+ bed ED. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the highest quality of care for patients, spanning from moderate to high acuity. Your responsibilities include: Supervising and guiding the ED staff to provide top-tier patient care. Developing and implementing departmental policies, procedures, and protocols. Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and staff to ensure the efficient operation of the ED. Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of patient care, quality, and safety. Maintaining compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Skills and Qualifications: We're seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing. Minimum of 3 years of relevant ER supervisor and/or management experience and leadership in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association (AHA). Current State of California Registered Nurse license required.
