Robotics Software Engineer

About the Role

Join an R&D team at a Series A robotics automation company, building software that powers AI-driven robots in production environments. You'll work across the robotics stack to turn strong software into measurable performance in real-world facilities.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate real-time robot software, motion-planning optimization systems, and machine-learning pipelines across multiple platforms.

• Build and maintain data-labeling frontends, perception systems, and compilers for robot intelligence.

• Work across the stack, from microcontroller firmware to cloud infrastructure, to solve high-priority technical challenges.

• Collaborate with teammates to design and ship systems that help robots perform useful tasks in production settings.

• Deploy software directly in customer facilities and improve robotic performance based on real-world operation.

What We're Looking For

• One to three years of software engineering experience and strong programming skills.

• Experience or familiarity with Python, TypeScript, React, Docker, Kubernetes, systemd, ROS, and C/C++.

• Ability to work on cross-stack problems and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team.

• Interest in robotics software and building systems that operate in physical environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $130,000 to $180,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
