Robotics Software Engineer

About the Role

Join the R&D team at a Series A robotics startup building software for AI-driven robots in production environments. You will work across the robotics stack, shipping systems that improve how robots perform in real-world facilities.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate real-time robot software, motion planning optimization, and machine learning pipelines across platforms.

• Build and maintain data labeling frontends, perception systems, and compilers for robot intelligence.

• Work across firmware, robotics software, and cloud infrastructure to address technical challenges.

• Collaborate with teammates to design and deliver software for production robotics systems.

• Deploy software in customer facilities and help ensure it performs reliably in real-world environments.

What We're Looking For

• One to three years of experience developing software hands-on as a generalist on production robotics systems.

• Experience owning a product or engineering outcome end to end.

• A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, robotics, or a related engineering field.

• Working knowledge of Python, TypeScript, React, Docker, Kubernetes, systemd, ROS, and C/C++.

• Interest in robotics and solving problems across software and physical systems.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $130,000 to $180,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

On-site in Watertown, Massachusetts, United States. The role requires full-time on-site work.
