Our client is looking for an ambitious, high-energy Account Manager to expand footprint across the UAE market. In this role, you will lead client relationship management and drive commercial growth by blending existing account expansion (70%) with new customer acquisition (30%). You will work closely with our client's technical presales and delivery teams to position enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions to CISOs, CIOs, and compliance executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio & Account Expansion (70%): Manage client renewals, maintain account health, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across our cybersecurity service lines.
- New Business Development (30%): Prospect and qualify new accounts through direct outreach, networking, events, and partner channels to maintain a robust 3x quarterly pipeline.
- Sales Execution: Conduct discovery meetings, collaborate with bid and presales teams on customized proposals, and negotiate contracts through to closing.
- Pipeline & Revenue Discipline: Maintain up-to-date CRM records, manage quarterly revenue commits, and coordinate invoicing and collections.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers—including CISOs, IT Heads, Procurement, and Risk & Audit leaders.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 6–8 years of total B2B sales experience, including at least 3 years of recent B2B sales experience in the UAE.
- Domain Exposure: Proven track record selling IT, cybersecurity, or consulting services; familiar with the UAE enterprise landscape.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in winning new logos as well as expanding existing accounts to meet or beat revenue targets.
- Communication & Presence: Fluent in English with sharp executive-level presentation and negotiation skills.
- Education & Stability: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business or IT); stable career trajectory (at least 1 year with current employer).
- Location & Availability: Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi with a valid work permit (visa sponsorship available); immediate to 30-day notice period.
- Preferred: Valid UAE driving license; background in a cybersecurity services firm, Big 4 advisory, system integrator, or OEM partner.
