At Assets Real Estate, we’re hiring a Real Estate Agent to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai.

If you have hands-on experience in both off-plan and resale, and you know how to build your own pipeline, this is your opportunity to grow with a brokerage that has been closing deals in Dubai since 2016.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Generate Your Own Leads: Run marketing campaigns across social media, property portals and your network to attract qualified buyers, sellers and investors
• Sell Off-Plan Projects: Present new launches, payment plans and developer offers to investors and end users
• Win & Market Resale Listings: Secure listings from owners, price them right and put them in front of the right buyers
• Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Handle viewings, follow-ups, negotiations and closings with professionalism and speed
• Take Deals to Completion: Manage the paperwork and follow through to transfer with care and accuracy
• Keep the CRM Up to Date: Log every lead, activity and deal so nothing slips through
• Build Long-Term Relationships: Deliver service that brings clients back and drives referrals
• Stay Ahead of the Market: Track prices, new launches and community trends across Dubai

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

• Real Estate Experience: Minimum 1 year as a real estate agent
• Off-Plan & Resale: Proven experience selling in both the primary and secondary markets
• Strong Marketing Background: You know how to present properties and build an audience online
• Lead Generation Skills: A track record of bringing in your own leads, not waiting for them
• Excellent Communication: Confident negotiator with clients, owners and developers
• Valid UAE Driving License: Able to attend viewings, meetings and project launches across Dubai
