About us

Maison Azure is a fast-growing design and technical services company in Dubai, led by a female founder. Our brand La Belle Maison creates made-to-measure luxury wall murals and designer wallpapers for villas, apartments, hotels and yachts across the UAE. We are a small, ambitious team – and we're looking for someone hungry to grow with us.

This is not just a driving job

You will be the founder's right hand on the road and in front of clients. You'll learn the luxury interiors business from the inside: how clients choose designs, how projects are measured, priced and delivered, and how sales are closed. If you are driven, organised and love working with people, this role can grow as fast as you do.

Your role – Sales & Clients (the heart of the job)

• Client visits & measurements: visit clients' homes, villas and project sites to measure walls for wallpaper and murals, take photos and send a clear measurement report (full training provided, including laser measuring).
• Catalogue presentations: bring our sample books and mural catalogues to clients, explain the options and help them choose the right design, material and finish.
• Showroom support: welcome clients at our showroom and present collections and samples.
• Sales follow-up: stay in touch with clients on WhatsApp and phone, send designs and quotes prepared with the founder, book appointments and follow up until the order is confirmed.
• Client records: keep our client list and pipeline up to date (CRM / Google Sheets).

Your role – Driving & Operations

• Drive the founder to the office, client meetings and site visits in the company car (the working day starts and ends on Palm Jumeirah).
• Run business errands: banks, typing centres (Amer/Tasheel), couriers, collecting and delivering samples, documents and materials.
• Basic admin: filing quotes and receipts, simple spreadsheets, and looking after the company car (fuel, Salik, servicing).

• Take on more client responsibility as you prove yourself – from first visit to closed order.
• A clear path to grow into a Sales / Client Advisor role as the business expands.
• Exposure to interior design, hospitality and superyacht projects across the UAE.

What we are looking for

• Based in the UAE. Own residence visa preferred; a company visa can be provided for the right person.
• Valid UAE driving licence and confident, safe driving in Dubai (a test drive is part of the process).
• Hungry, self-motivated and proactive – you take ownership and don't wait to be told.
• Good spoken and written English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Well presented, friendly and confident with high-end clients.
• Comfortable with a smartphone, WhatsApp, email and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Experience in sales, retail, showroom, real estate, hospitality or customer service is a strong plus. An eye for interiors and design is a bonus.
• Organised, punctual and discreet. Able to provide a police good-conduct certificate and 2 references.

Working hours & location

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00, including a 1-hour break. Sundays off.
• The day starts and ends on Palm Jumeirah at least 5 days a week; you arrange your own commute.
• Client visits across Dubai; occasional trips to other Emirates.

What we offer

• Salary: AED 4,000–5,500 per month (all-inclusive), depending on experience.
