Job Description ACG_3574 _JOB Our clients are looking for talented candidates for the Sales Executive position with Market development • Identify and map Chinese contract manufacturers across Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Vinh Phuc, Thai Nguyen, and other industrial hubs in Northern Vietnam. • Build a qualified pipeline of target accounts and develop an account-by-account entry strategy. • Represent Capital Packaging at industry events, trade shows, and Chinese business community gatherings in Vietnam. Account acquisition & management • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, plant visits, technical discussions, sampling, quotation, negotiation, and contract close. • Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers — coordinating with internal teams in Vietnamese and English to fulfill orders smoothly. • Manage ongoing customer relationships, resolve commercial issues, and identify opportunities to grow share of wallet. Cross-functional coordination • Work with the production, design, and quality teams to translate customer specifications into deliverable solutions. • Coordinate with finance on credit terms, collections, and contract structuring for new Chinese accounts. • Provide structured market intelligence to leadership on competitor pricing, customer needs, and emerging segment opportunities. Reporting & forecasting • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and activity records in the company's CRM and reporting systems. • Deliver monthly and quarterly business reviews to the Sales Director. Requirements Mandatory • Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) speaking. Familiarity with manufacturing and procurement terminology. • Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Vietnam industrial zones. Experience & background • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience — preferably in packaging, printing, or an industrial supply category serving manufacturers. • Proven track record of opening new accounts and meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Prior experience selling into or working at Chinese-invested manufacturing operations is strongly preferred. Skills & attributes • Strong commercial instincts — comfortable with pricing, margin analysis, and contract negotiation. • Self-directed and organized; able to manage a long sales cycle without daily supervision. • Comfortable with standard office tools (Excel, email, CRM ) and able to learn internal ERP and reporting systems. • Professional presence and the credibility to engage with plant managers and procurement directors.
