Xperts Advertising L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to grow our UAE client base.

The main responsibility of this role is to actively find and develop new customers, bring in new business, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Find and approach new clients across the UAE, mainly Dubai.
• Use your existing UAE client network to generate immediate business.
• Conduct field visits, meetings and client presentations.
• Sell our complete range of printing, signage, vehicle branding, fabrication, exhibitions, promotional products and corporate branding solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
• Follow up on leads, quotations and existing clients.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE sales experience in advertising, printing, signage, branding or a related industry.
• Existing UAE client network is highly preferred.
• Proven record of generating sales and bringing in new clients.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Good communication skills. Any language is acceptable if you can effectively communicate with and sell to UAE clients.
