What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional service and product knowledge to help customers find their dream ride
- Maintain a positive, high-energy environment that reflects our passion for powersports
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals in sales, service, and support roles
- Continuously learn and stay up to date with the latest industry trends and models
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Guide customers through the sales process, from product selection to purchase to delivery
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all powersports inventory, features, and promotions
- Build strong customer relationships and follow up on inquiries and leads
- Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
- Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed goals
- Prior experience in retail or dealership sales is preferred
- High level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn product knowledge & follow a sales process
- Punctuality is vital to a team dynamic
- Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods

Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Hourly training pay is $20.00/hour during the initial 30-day training period. Following training, compensation transitions to a 100% commission-based structure, with employees receiving total earned commissions OR guaranteed hourly training pay ($20.00/hour), whichever is higher per pay period.
- Commission Scale (% of Gross Profit):
- 1 – 8 units: 8% of GP
- 8.5 – 12.5 units: 10% of GP
- 13 – 15.5 units: 13% of GP
- 16 – 24.5 units: 15% of GP
- 25+ units: 17.5% of GP
- Health & Wellness: Medical, Pharmacy, Telemedicine, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible 1st of the month following 30 days), plus HSA and FSA options.
- Financial & Protection: 401(k) plan, Life and AD&D insurance, Short/Long-Term Disability, and supplemental insurance options.
- Paid Time Off & Holidays: Employees accrue paid time off at a rate of 0.0385 hours per hour worked (approximately 1.54 hours per weekly pay period, totaling 80 hours / 10 days annually for full-time staff). PTO can be used for vacation, personal time, and illness. This policy meets or exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Paid Sick Leave Law. In addition, the company provides 3 paid holidays per year.

Role Requirements & Compliance
- Driver’s License & Endorsement: Valid driver’s license with a Motorcycle (M) endorsement and a clean driving record required as test-riding and moving inventory are essential functions of this position, subject to ongoing MVR checks. Applicants that do not obtain an Motorcycle (M) endorsement will be considered.
