Job Description:

NextEra Energy is looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner – AI to lead Salesforce product strategy, roadmap, and delivery with a strong focus on AI-driven capabilities, Agentforce, Data Cloud/Data 360, and enterprise Salesforce solutions.

The Product Owner will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, developers, data teams, and enterprise technology teams to define business requirements, prioritize the product backlog, and deliver scalable Salesforce and AI solutions.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce Product Management / Product Ownership / Business Analysis.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.

- Experience with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, Einstein AI, or generative AI capabilities.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.

- Experience defining and prioritizing product roadmaps and backlogs.

- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs, and functional requirements.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, APIs, MuleSoft, and enterprise applications.

- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively with business, technical, architecture, data, and leadership teams.
