Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, guide development teams in Scrum practices, and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will help remove blockers, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure teams deliver sprint goals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Guide development teams in following Scrum principles and Agile best practices.

Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity and sprint goals.

Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and ensure timely delivery.

Track sprint progress, manage team metrics, and continuously improve team performance and collaboration.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and sprint management.

Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Ability to identify blockers, manage dependencies, and resolve delivery challenges.

Familiarity with sprint metrics, backlog management, and continuous improvement.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Location and Eligibility

This is an on-site position in Plano, Texas. Candidates with H-4, OPT, Green Card, or H-1B transfer work authorization may be considered, subject to the employer's requirements.
