Third Bridge’s Library division delivers investment research to global institutional investors across public and private markets. Our Sector Analyst team uncovers actionable insights through expert conversations, drives regional strategy, and engages clients to showcase our research value. We are seeking motivated analysts in Hong Kong to drive Asia Pacific ex-China coverage. We welcome specialists in TMT, Consumer, Healthcare, Industrials, and Financials for current mandates and rolling opportunities. In this role you will be expected to: Produce in-depth research coverage on publicly-traded companies across Asia ex-China, with additional ad-hoc private market transactions; Generate actionable investment ideas, perform initial due diligence, and prepare detailed question lists to go deeper into subject matter by hosting interviews with industry experts and executives; Drive discussions with industry specialists, skillfully extracting value-added and actionable insights to support differentiated investment theses; Engage with clients to present research and foster relationships, collaborating with internal account management and sales teams to broaden your reach and build a brand for yourself; Perform deep-dives on industries and companies to identify where specialists hold non-consensus views, building out a consistent pipeline of high-quality content and thematic research. Entrepreneurial; a strong drive and desire to help shape and develop the Library product. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 1+ experience in equity research, management consulting, or other investment research-related roles Excellent/native command of spoken and written English, with knowledge of other Asian languages advantageous Demonstrable experience in conducting fundamental research, valuation / financial modelling, and articulating actionable investment theses/non-consensus views when pitching stocks Strong team orientation, highly collaborative with proven experience in driving outcomes through teamwork Visa sponsorship can be provided for qualified candidates Third Bridge values your trust and is committed to the responsible management, use, and protection of personal information.
