WHY CHOOSE SASKATCHEWAN BLUE CROSS VS A NATIONAL CARRIER?
Experienced Group Benefits professionals know the differences between regional carriers and national insurers. Here’s why this role stands out:
- Faster decisions, less bureaucracy – National carriers often require multiple layers of approval for pricing, exceptions and negotiations. At SBC you have local decision makers, direct access to leadership and defined autonomy for investment decisions. This means faster turnaround, stronger advisor relationships and more competitive wins!
- Superior service metrics you can sell – You’ll represent a carrier with 92% FCR, 94% satisfaction and 75% of calls answered within 2 minutes. These numbers outperform many national carriers and give you a clear advantage in competitive pursuits.
- Real influence on strategy – Different from national carriers, our Account Executives’ insights help shape competitive positioning, RFP strategy, Advisor engagement and market development.
- Local presence, community trust – Saskatchewan Blue Cross has served Saskatchewan for over 80 years. Employers trust the brand. Advisors value the accessibility. Members appreciate the local service. You’re not selling a distant corporation – you’re representing a community-rooted organization.
- A role designed for senior talent – It’s a senior strategic position. The opportunity to shape strategic relationships and contribute directly to the future growth of our Group Benefits business.
You get the freedom and impact that national carriers rarely offer.
