As Senior AI Developer Experience Engineer, you will be one of the technical go-to people for AI-assisted software development at Rabobank. You combine a strong software engineering background with hands-on AI tooling experience and a passion for helping other developers work smarter.

What will you do?

Coach developers on using GitHub Copilot effectively across different IDEs and languages
Run workshops, pair with teams and share AI development best practices
Experiment with new capabilities such as Copilot CLI, AI agents, AGENTS.md and agentic workflows
Run proofs of concept and evaluate new AI developer tooling
Measure Copilot adoption and impact using data and dashboards
Work with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, Python, Databricks and Power BI
Help ensure responsible AI use around security, privacy, prompt injection and data leakage
Support operational activities such as license management and developer questions

What are we looking for?

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
Experience with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code or Amazon Q Developer
Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Stakeholder management experience within a larger organization
Fluent English

Experience with AWS/Azure, Terraform, prompt engineering, AI agents, AI evaluation, Python, Databricks, Power BI or AI governance is a strong plus.
