𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆: Senior (minimum 5 years' relevant experience)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Consultant to drive business transformation, process improvement, and IT-enabled change initiatives.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, leading strategic projects from initial analysis and pre-study through implementation and operational handover.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Lead business transformation and process improvement initiatives.

- Analyse business needs and translate requirements into effective process and IT solutions.

- Drive pre-studies, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and change management.

- Facilitate workshops and identify business improvement opportunities.

- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies and deliverables.

- Support organisational change and adoption of new processes and systems.

- Coach and mentor junior consultants and project teams.

- Manage complex initiatives independently and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, business analysis, process improvement, or IT transformation.

- Strong business process analysis and process optimisation skills.

- Experience managing complex projects and cross-functional initiatives.

- Experience with enterprise systems and IT implementations.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial sectors.

- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma.

- Experience with ERP, CRM, PLM, or other enterprise application implementations.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
