Senior Contracts Administrator / Contracts Manager | Darwin, NT

Up to $230K package + $10K relocation assistance

We’re partnering with a major construction project in Darwin to appoint a commercially driven Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Manager to take the lead on project commercial delivery.

This is an opportunity to step into a key commercial leadership role on a significant, high-profile commercial construction project, with the potential to progress into overseeing multiple projects for the right person.

The opportunity

• Up to $230K total package
• $10K interstate relocation reimbursement
• Lead the commercial function on a major construction project
• Report directly to the Project Manager
• Future opportunity to lead commercial delivery across multiple projects
• Site-based role in Darwin, Monday to Friday

What we’re looking for

You’ll bring strong commercial and contract management experience within construction, ideally across Tier 1 contractors, high-rise buildings or complex built-environment projects.

Your experience will include:

• Contract administration and commercial management
• Forecasting, claims and upstream/downstream notices
• Variations, commercial registers and monthly reporting
• Procurement, tendering and contract negotiations
• Design and Construct (D&C) delivery
• Jobpac, with previous team or commercial leadership experience highly regarded

You’ll be commercially astute, proactive and confident managing the contractual and financial performance of a major project.

Location: Darwin, NT. Open to candidates already based in the Territory or those looking to relocate. This is a permanent, site-based opportunity.
