Our client is a Singapore-headquartered medical technology innovator shaping the future of endoscopic surgery. As an ISO 13485-certified design and development partner, it takes next-generation endoscopic devices from concept to commercialisation under one roof, with an FDA-cleared flexible video endoscope already on the market and new programmes in the pipeline. Backed by a precision medical device manufacturing group with four decades of engineering heritage, it combines cutting-edge R&D with world-class manufacturing to bring sharper diagnostics and better patient outcomes to clinicians worldwide.

As the company scales its R&D capabilities, it is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead hardware design for its next generation of advanced endoscopic and electromechanical medical systems.

What you'll do

• Drive verification and validation to IEC 60601-1, IEC 60601-1-2 (EMC), ISO 14971 and FDA 21 CFR 820, working with third-party test labs

• Lead design FMEAs and risk analyses, maintain the DHF, and support 510(k) and CE submissions

• Mentor junior engineers and lead root cause analysis on field and quality issues

What you'll bring

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Computer Engineering

• 6–9 years of electrical, embedded or R&D design experience in medical devices or electromechanical products

• Hands-on experience with schematic capture, PCB layout and lab instruments

• Working knowledge of IEC 60601, ISO 14971 and medical device design controls (ISO 13485)

• Experience with surgical, endoscopic, imaging or Class II/III devices is a strong plus

What's on offer

• Competitive salary plus a 2-month annual bonus

• 5-day work week, medical benefits and hospitalisation insurance

• Employment Pass sponsorship available
