At Façade Solutions, we’ve been turning architects’ big ideas into façades that actually get built since 2007. We design, manufacture and install aluminium, glass and steel façades, and our work is on some seriously cool projects, including national museums across the Emirates.

You’ll work from our Sharjah office, and our own factory in Ras Al Khaimah turns your drawings into real panels. You’ll see your details become a building’s face.

The role

Reporting to our Design Manager, you’ll own the design of multiple projects at once, from the first look at the BOQ to as-built drawings at handover. We need someone experienced who works with minimal supervision, gets it right the first time and keeps revisions to a minimum.

What you’ll be creating

📐 Detailed shop drawings (plans, sections, elevations and details) based on structural and architectural drawings, specs and the BOQ

🏭 Fabrication and installation drawings that our factory and site teams can build from straight away

📏 Site survey measurements built into your drawings, so everything fits the first time

🪟 Corner samples, glass samples and sample boards, coordinated with the factory and ready on schedule

💻 MRLs, glass cutting lists, SIRs and internal work orders, entered accurately in Odoo

🤝 Design coordination meetings with clients, consultants and main contractors

✅ Shop drawing and sample approvals followed up until they’re signed off

🏁 As-built drawings for final project handover

What you’ll bring

• 6+ years of hands-on façade design, ideally with an aluminium and glazing contractor or fabricator
• Strong command of shop, fabrication and installation drawings for curtain walls, windows, doors and cladding
• Expert in AutoCAD; LogiKal and/or Orgadata strongly preferred
• Comfortable reading BOQs, specs and consultant comments, and turning them into buildable details
• A sharp eye for detail and the calm to juggle several projects against tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s, Diploma or ITI in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• GCC project experience and ERP experience (Odoo is a plus)
• Malayalam or Hindi is a plus
