Our partner is an international luxury brand specializing in exclusive, handcrafted products for premium residential and commercial projects. With a global presence and a distinguished clientele, the company is known for its exceptional quality, attention to detail, and personalized approach.

We are looking for a VIP Client Relations Manager with a strong background in luxury hospitality, premium sales, or high-end client services.

The ideal candidate understands the expectations of sophisticated clients, knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience, and combines strong relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset and excellent organizational abilities.

We particularly welcome professionals from 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, private aviation, premium concierge services, luxury travel, and other high-end service environments.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP clients, corporate partners, and premium customers;

•⁠ ⁠Manage the full client journey, from initial inquiries and personalized consultations to proposals, orders, and ongoing support;

•⁠ ⁠Develop the client portfolio, identify new business opportunities, and establish valuable professional partnerships;

•⁠ ⁠Deliver personalized presentations and introduce clients to the brand's exclusive collections;

•⁠ ⁠Provide exceptional service, ensuring every client receives a tailored and seamless experience;

•⁠ ⁠Prepare commercial proposals, coordinate client requests, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines, client expectations, and service standards are consistently met;

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.

What's Important:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in luxury hospitality, premium sales, VIP client relations, or high-end customer service;

•⁠ ⁠Experience working with demanding, high-profile, or affluent clients;

•⁠ ⁠Strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop client relationships into business opportunities;

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;

•⁠ ⁠High standards of professionalism, business etiquette, and personalized service;

•⁠ ⁠Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities;

•⁠ ⁠A proactive, responsible, and client-oriented approach;

•⁠ ⁠Genuine appreciation for luxury, aesthetics, craftsmanship, and premium products;

•⁠ ⁠Fluent English is mandatory;

•⁠ ⁠Based in Dubai or ready to work in Dubai.

Previous experience in interior design or specialized product sales is NOT required. Full product training will be provided.

What We Offer:

💰 Competitive fixed salary + commission, with potential total monthly earnings of AED 20,000+ within 6–12 months, depending on performance

🕐 Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility when required for clients
