We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain (hybrid - 4 days per week onsite in Austin, TX) to join the Finance team supporting our Supply Chain business unit, reporting to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance. You will own enterprise-wide reporting, forecasting, planning, and variance analysis for Cost of Materials (COM), one of the most visible drivers of Hanger's margin performance. Your Impact Lead the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and variance analysis for COM at both the enterprise and business unit levels Analyze financial and operational data, and develop financial models used to guide business decisions (e.g., profitability by customer/product line, price-volume-mix analyses, waterfalls and bridges for variances, etc.) Prepare and send Monthly Financial Review reports for the COM at the enterprise and segment levels Own the financial calendar, ensuring milestones are met, issues are surfaced early, and resolutions are clearly communicated Deliver routine and ad hoc reporting that surfaces underlying business trends, and partner with stakeholders to convert those insights into improvement opportunities Present financial results to senior leadership in Monthly Business Reviews, budget presentations, and strategic plan reviews, serving as the finance voice behind the numbers Own the full COM cost stack (materials, freight, personnel, and OpEx), including full allocation of those costs to business units each period Partner with the business to identify and quantify opportunities to improve cost structure Design, automate, and continuously improve standard monthly and quarterly reporting, analytical processes, and controls Support month-end close, including analysis and variance review with Accounting Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field; equivalent experience considered 4+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment Advanced Excel and database skills, including complex models, lookups, and large data sets Experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Power Query, Power BI, SQL) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication Additional Success Factors Act with integrity in all ways and at all times, remaining honest, transparent, and respectful in all relationships.
