Senior Forward Deployed Strategist

About the Role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Strategist, you will own strategic enterprise relationships and guide complex AI workflow automation deployments from initial pilot through production. You will work across customer teams and internal delivery functions to align stakeholders, deliver measurable outcomes, and support the adoption of new ways of working.

What You'll Do

• Develop enterprise opportunities and manage commercial relationships, including scoping, negotiating, and closing complex engagements.

• Understand customer processes, align stakeholders from operations through executive leadership, and define success metrics before deployment.

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including technical implementation partners, through pilots and production rollouts.

• Manage change, resolve blockers, and keep customer stakeholders aligned in complex, high-stakes environments.

• Identify opportunities to expand deployments and support growth across enterprise accounts.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of experience combining strategy consulting or enterprise deployment work with enterprise sales, go-to-market, business operations, product management, or founder experience.

• Direct ownership of enterprise customer relationships, commercial targets, and complex project delivery, with examples of pilots reaching measurable outcomes and scaling to production.

• Experience working across operational teams and executive stakeholders at large enterprises, aligning incentives and driving organizational change.

• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to define a business problem, build a case for action, and communicate it to customer decision-makers.

• Technical fluency sufficient to understand AI-enabled systems and engage with engineers about implementation, without needing to be an engineer.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $170,000 to $225,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in San Francisco, California, or New York City, New York. Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to one of these locations.
