Your Role The flexibility of roster, Full time, Part-time or Casual Every 6th Saturday off We are closed every Sunday Consistent rostering, completed 6 months in advance On the job training provided for all team members Generous commission structure giving you the opportunity to EARN every week. On average hairdressers receive around $150 extra per week up to $400 extra per week. Training Our people are our priority, customised individual training plans are arranged for every team member Training all completed in Salon time during the day (no night time training) Cost of tickets paid for by Epic We attend Education at the Goldwell Academy, Kerastase Academy and also have our very own training academy at Ascot We are lucky enough to boast more Goldwell MasterColorists than any other Salon Opertunities Backstage fashion week Photographic Sessions Competitions – should you choose to compete in hair competitions Epic Pays the cost of Photographer and Models and shoot is completed in usual working hours Affiliation with Orange Sky – We volunteer our services to support those less fortunate in the community by doing haircuts every Friday fortnight Covid Job security – our priority as a company was to look after our team and make sure they didn't get impacted by Covid both financially and safely.
