What You’ll Do: As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and monitoring of live events. Your expertise will ensure that video signals are effectively managed from venues to customer devices, providing an exceptional viewing experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality live sports and music events worldwide. Collaborate with peers to address critical support issues, balancing immediate fixes with root-cause analysis. Lead technical projects, coordinating support to resolve challenges and meet milestones. Apply deep technical expertise to innovate and simplify processes. Set and maintain high standards for operational excellence. Engage in team-building activities, including hiring, mentoring, and community education. Solve complex, ambiguous issues independently with practical solutions. communicate decisions and foster alignment across teams. Serve as escalation point for high-severity incidents. Partner with internal teams to continuously enhance customer experience. Requirements Technical Skills : Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging complex technical systems Development or technical support experience Knowledge of live streaming or live production, especially with video encoding, acquisition, adaptive bitrate playback, and streaming protocols Familiarity with live OTT video delivery Preferred Skills : Project management, driving collaborative initiatives from start to completion Experience in live broadcast production, TOC (Technical Operations Centre), or MCR (Main Control Room) Scripting proficiency in modern programming languages Benefits Competitive salary that matches your expertise.
