Senior Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 13,000 / month

We are seeking a skilled Oracle PL/SQL Developer with strong experience in database development, SQL optimization, and performance tuning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing PL/SQL solutions supporting large-scale airline transactional systems.

The role involves working with complex reservation, inventory, passenger, fare, ticketing, and payment data, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers

• Develop and tune complex SQL queries for large transactional databases

• Perform database performance tuning, indexing, and optimization

• Analyze and resolve data discrepancies related to PNR, fares, bookings, ticketing, and payments

• Support data integrity, audit, and compliance requirements

• Work with high-volume, high-transaction production systems

• Collaborate with application, business, and technical teams to resolve database-related issues

• Contribute to reliable and scalable database solutions for airline systems

Required Skills

5+ years of hands-on Oracle PL/SQL development

Strong knowledge of relational database design

Expertise in SQL query optimization and performance tuning

Experience with large-scale, high-transaction production systems

Strong understanding of database indexing and optimization techniques

Airline domain knowledge is a strong advantage, particularly PNR, fare/ticketing, inventory, reservation, and passenger data
