Senior Security Consultant

Arigo HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of a global cybersecurity consulting firm with operations across India, the UAE, the USA and other international markets. The firm delivers penetration testing, application and network security, payment security, digital forensics, incident response and managed security services to enterprises across industries.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a senior, hands-on Security Consultant to lead advanced penetration testing engagements, run complex security assessments, and provide technical leadership across application and infrastructure security.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead advanced penetration testing of web applications, APIs, mobile applications, networks, Active Directory and cloud environments

• Identify and exploit complex vulnerabilities, business logic flaws, privilege escalation paths and chained attack scenarios

• Perform advanced web application exploitation and source-code analysis

• Review assessment findings and penetration testing reports for technical quality

• Define testing approaches, validate vulnerabilities and give actionable remediation guidance

• Lead client technical discussions, present findings and support remediation

• Mentor penetration testers and contribute to methodology and capability development

• Support technical scoping, effort estimation and pre-sales activities

MUST-HAVES

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on penetration testing experience

• At least ONE of these certifications (mandatory): OSEP, OSWE, CREST CCT APP, CREST CCT INF, or GIAC GXPN

• Strong expertise in advanced web application and API penetration testing

• Proven experience in internal/external network testing, Active Directory and privilege escalation

• Excellent technical report writing and client communication in fluent English

• Demonstrated ability to lead complex assessments and mentor technical teams

LOCATION & JOINING

• Based in Dubai, UAE

• Candidates with a valid UAE work permit preferred; visa sponsorship available for the right candidate

• Notice period: Immediate to 15 days
