About The Company
Our company is a trading broker based in Dubai, committed to empowering traders and Introducing Brokers (IBs) globally. We offer a comprehensive suite of trading options in various markets, supported by cutting-edge technology and a focus on regulatory compliance. Our approach emphasizes innovation, transparency, and client trust, with a dedicated team providing personalized support and insights.
About The Role
Own the daily administration and operation of MT5, trading bridges and liquidity connectivity, supporting reliable pricing, execution and institutional service delivery. Independently configure and troubleshoot trading systems within approved authority, working with IT, Dealing and Risk, Compliance and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile trades, positions and exposure across MT5, bridges and LP records daily. Investigate missing, duplicated or mismatched trades and track breaks through resolution.
• Support exposure monitoring, flow analysis, hedging and skewing within approved Dealing and Risk instructions and limits.
Institutional and White Label Support
• Coordinate technical onboarding of B2B brokers, institutional clients and white-label partners, including configuration, connectivity, permissions and operational readiness.
• Provide advanced support to partners and internal client-facing teams; investigate execution queries using MT5, bridge and LP evidence.
• Coordinate white-label setup and ongoing technical requirements with MetaQuotes, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Incidents and Change Controls
• Own trading incidents from detection to resolution, including triage, escalation, stakeholder updates, root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Maintain configuration records, incident logs, operating procedures, recovery instructions and audit evidence.
• Apply approved changes using documented testing, authorization and rollback procedures. Perform trade, account or chart corrections only with recorded approval.
• Monitor unusual activity and execution patterns, escalating potential flow toxicity, exposure breaches and operational anomalies to Dealing and Risk.
Reporting and Systems Development
• Prepare and validate trading data for applicable regulatory reporting, including EMIR where relevant, in coordination with Compliance and reporting providers.
• Support trading-related CRM configuration and integrations with internal systems.
• Work with Product, Engineering, IT and vendors on new instruments, account types, platform enhancements and operational automation.
• Produce reports on platform availability, incidents, execution quality, liquidity performance and reconciliation exceptions.
Authority and Working Arrangements
Operate within documented delegated permissions. Pricing, leverage, routing, hedging and trade corrections require approval from the designated business or risk owner unless expressly delegated. Dealing and Risk retain trading risk decisions; Compliance retains regulatory interpretation and reporting oversight; IT retains corporate infrastructure and security ownership.
Participate in agreed shifts, scheduled maintenance and an on-call rota. Maintain handover records and train a designated backup to support continuity. Coverage hours and escalation arrangements will be defined by management
Essential Experience and Skills
Substantial hands-on FX/CFD brokerage experience covering trading operations and independent MT5 administration, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong practical experience with at least one of oneZero or PrimeXM, and the ability to support the other. Experience with both is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience with liquidity connectivity, symbol mapping, execution routing, trade reconciliation and incident resolution across platform, bridge and LP systems.
• Sound understanding of order execution, margin, exposure, hedging and institutional or white-label brokerage operations.
• Practical knowledge of FIX messages, Windows Server administration and network troubleshooting relevant to trading systems.
• Strong analytical skills, clear communication and disciplined access and change management; ability to work calmly during trading incidents.
Preferred Skills
SQL or scripting for investigation and automation; experience with trading risk tools, CRM integrations and regulatory trade reporting; relevant education in finance, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Performance Measures
Platform and connectivity availability; incident response and resolution against agreed service levels; configuration accuracy; timely reconciliation and closure of breaks; execution exception investigation; successful backup and recovery tests; completeness of operational records and partner onboarding. Targets will be agreed with the department head.
