WE’RE HIRING | SITE ENGINEER

Wagga Wagga, NSW | Full-time

Wexcon is looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join our team in Wagga Wagga. Work closely with our Project Manager and site crews in a hands-on role covering planning, commercial management and project delivery.

Your role will include:

- Planning daily works and preparing programme lookaheads

- Tracking costs, preparing progress claims and capturing variations and dayworks

- Coordinating procurement, deliveries and worker/plant onboarding

- Preparing SWMS, methodologies and inspection and test plans

- Completing safety, quality and pre-pour inspections

- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and the project team

We’re looking for:

- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

- At least twelve months’ experience in a Site Engineer role.

- Proven experience managing FRP works.

- Working in rail environments is highly advantageous.

- Strong organisational and IT skills, with attention to detail.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and progress.
