Disability and community social work across Australia

About the role

Community and disability social work roles, placed with Australian employers who sponsor qualified social workers.

You'll work with clients across disability, mental health, and complex social presentations — providing therapeutic interventions, coordinating supports, and advocating for people who need it most. Most positions sit within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Australia's government-funded support system for people with permanent and significant disability.

Social workers with experience in high-complexity, resource-constrained environments bring a depth of practice that Australian employers genuinely value. Prior Australian experience is not required.

How it works

We manage the recruitment and introduction process end to end — from your first conversation with us through to employer introduction. Our immigration partner, a MARA-registered firm, manages visa processing and employer sponsorship once you've been selected.

There is no cost to you at any point in the recruitment process. Visa and immigration costs are a separate matter between you, your employer, and the immigration agent — we'll explain this clearly before you commit to anything.
