Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: Hybrid (2 days onsite in Campo Grande) Contract Type: Open-ended contract Role Overview We are looking for a Senior AI Solutions Architect with strong experience in AI architecture and cloud-native environments. The professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading AI/GenAI solutions from concept to production, ensuring scalability, security, governance, and compliance across cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI/ML architectures in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP); Define technical standards focused on scalability, security, governance, and compliance; Lead Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and support engineering teams during implementation; Contribute to architecture frameworks, reference models, and technical documentation; Act as a technical reference for development and engineering teams. Mandatory Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Relevant cloud certifications such as Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Proven experience with public cloud environments; Strong Python knowledge; Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; Solid background in distributed systems and microservices architecture; Knowledge of cloud security and CI/CD practices; Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI solutions; Experience with AI frameworks such as Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or similar; Knowledge of vector databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, BigQuery Vector Search); Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar. Preferred Qualifications Soft Skills Excellent communication and leadership skills; Strong stakeholder management capabilities; Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
