About the Opportunity:

The SOFTWARE ENGINEER, AI AGENTS plays a critical role in advancing AI-driven product features by quickly prototyping and developing reliable AI systems that improve data and marketing workflows. This position contributes by shaping the architecture of AI-powered capabilities and integrating large language model pipelines to deliver seamless AI-assisted user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Build proofs of concept to explore AI enhancements for data and marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with a small team to prototype and launch new product features.
• Make architectural decisions for AI features and production large language model pipelines.
• Assess the effectiveness of various AI models within product contexts.
• Develop data agents to answer analytics and data science queries using customer data.
• Analyze user workflows to design intuitive AI-assisted experiences.

Requirements:

• Five to twelve years of software engineering experience with core product development, ideally involving AI or machine learning.
• Strong backend engineering skills with practical application of machine learning.
• Experience in complex AI applications beyond basic retrieval-augmented generation.
• Product engineering experience in fast-paced startup or growth-stage environments with demonstrated growth in responsibilities.
• Strong product intuition, customer focus, effective communication, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience from product inception through iteration, such as early engineering hire or founder experience, is advantageous.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary: $200,000 to $320,000 annually.
• Visa sponsorship is available.
