Software Engineer (Full Stack)

About the Role

Join a small engineering team building an AI-powered procurement platform for enterprise customers. As a full-stack individual contributor, you will help develop AI agent systems and shape the platform as it grows.

What You'll Do

• Learn the codebase, business, and customer needs to identify and solve high-value problems.

• Work across the stack, from infrastructure and backend systems to frontend issues.

• Speak with enterprise customers about procurement challenges and translate insights into product improvements.

• Design and own core AI agent systems that work with complex, fragmented enterprise data, primarily using Python.

• Collaborate with engineering teammates on platform architecture and system design.

What We're Looking For

• Three to seven years of software engineering experience, with production experience across the full stack.

• Strong Python skills, or proficiency in another language and the ability to ramp up quickly.

• Experience building distributed systems or data pipelines, and familiarity with AI agents, LLMs, infrastructure, or workflow automation.

• Curiosity and initiative to find valuable problems and take ownership of solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including comfort working with customers.

• Experience in a leading AI research lab, major technology company, or venture-backed growth-stage startup is valued. Procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial technology experience is also relevant.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $200,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
