We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support, digital services and back-office support. It is present on many European markets, Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.

As a Solutions Consultant with Slovenian OR Slovak and English for the world’s biggest search engine, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering professional support for products and services while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate.
• Using CRM software, ticketing systems and other customer service tools to meet customers’ needs efficiently.
• Supporting customers through multiple channels, including phone, email and chat.
• Resolving customer inquiries within agreed SLAs, using the knowledge base and established procedures.
• Meeting or exceeding performance goals related to call handling time, first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborating with team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the internal knowledge base.
• Taking part in ongoing training and staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Fluent Slovenian OR Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to follow structured guides, processes and internal procedures.
• Good active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and technologies.
• Self-motivated attitude and passion for customer satisfaction.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share knowledge with others.
• No technical background is required. Full training will be provided, so this role is a good fit for people who are motivated to learn and enjoy helping others.

• Competitive salary: 1485 - 1535€ gross.

Relocation package:

• €1,500 Gross, paid in 2 instalments, to support relocation and initial rent costs.
• Up to 21 days of free accommodation in a hotel or apartment, paid for by the employer.
• Employer support in finding long-term housing in Sofia.

Relocation is required for the entire duration of the training and employment period.
