About the Role

As Strategic Projects Lead, Legal, you will own client relationships and project execution in a fast-paced AI training data and applied research environment. You will work with leading AI labs and teams of domain experts to deliver high-quality projects that support the development of advanced AI systems.

What You'll Do

• Manage client relationships and deliver projects from planning through completion.

• Coordinate teams of experts across areas including finance, software engineering, and science.

• Work with internal teams on applied AI research initiatives.

• Drive cross-company initiatives and support operational projects as an early team member.

• Deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines while helping generate revenue through client projects.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3 to 10 or more years of relevant experience.

• Experience in a high-intensity setting such as management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced startup.

• A track record of managing projects end to end and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Strong client relationship and team coordination skills, with a practical, adaptable approach to solving problems.

• Interest in AI research and in working across varied professional domains. No specific technical stack is listed.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range is $150,000 to $200,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
