Associate Attorney, Civil Litigation

About the Role

Join an established civil litigation and employment law firm as an Associate Attorney managing cases from initiation through settlement or trial. You will work closely with colleagues and paralegals while taking ownership of your caseload.

What You'll Do

• Manage civil litigation matters from intake through resolution, including employment law, school law, and general civil litigation cases.

• Draft motions, conduct discovery, and depose parties, experts, and third parties.

• Attend hearings, argue motions, and handle bench and jury trials.

• Meet with clients to develop litigation strategies and negotiate settlement agreements.

• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy in an in-person setting.

What We're Looking For

• At least 6 years of civil litigation experience, including employment law and school law matters.

• Strong motion practice skills and the ability to independently manage cases from intake through trial with minimal supervision.

• A trial-ready approach, with second-chair experience preferred and first-chair experience beneficial.

• Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $150,000 to $200,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
