The Offer • Assist customer by the telephone, emails and chat • Offer technical assistance on the platform • Apply the correct escalation process when necessary • Be an active listener. Show yourself always available to understand and ask clear questions to help the customer. • Identify, study and propose the best solution to help the customer • Provide good customer service, making sure the customer is always happy once the interaction is finished. • Gather all relevant information into the system and always make sure you deliver a high level of service.
