Telesales Executive

We are hiring a confident and motivated Telesales Executive for our sister company operating in the forex industry.

You will contact prospective clients, introduce the company’s trading services, and support interested clients through the account opening and onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to build relationships through consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-approved leads.
• Introduce the company’s forex trading services, platforms, and account options.
• Understand client interests, answer general enquiries, and qualify potential leads.
• Explain account opening requirements and coordinate with the onboarding team.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain professional client relationships.
• Record calls, client feedback, and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and sales skills.
• Follow company compliance procedures, communicate trading risks accurately, and avoid promises of guaranteed returns.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Confident telephone manner with strong listening and persuasion skills.
• Previous telesales, sales, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Forex or financial services experience is an advantage.
• Target-driven, organised, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Must be available to join immediately
