Training Manager

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to join our Real Estate Development company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver onboarding and training programs for new Sales Department joiners.
• Conduct product, sales, and company induction training for new employees.
• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and practical exercises.
• Train sales teams on company projects, products, USPs, market positioning, and sales techniques.
• Conduct role plays, assessments, and knowledge checks to ensure new joiners are sales-ready.
• Identify training needs and continuously improve the sales training process.
• Monitor the performance and development of employees during and after onboarding.
• Work closely with Sales Management and HR to align training programs with business and sales objectives.
• Keep training content up to date with changes in projects, products, market trends, and sales processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Training Manager / Sales Trainer role within a real estate development company is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and developer sales processes.
• Experience training and onboarding sales teams, particularly new joiners.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, and customer engagement.
• Ability to create engaging and structured training programs from scratch.
• Confident public speaker with the ability to motivate and engage large groups.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
