Transaction Services Manager, Sydney

If you’re a Transaction Services Manager who wants to run whole deals, work side by side with the partners and still make Bondi on a Saturday, this one’s for you!

We’ve partnered with one of Australia’s top 10 accounting and advisory firms to help expand its Sydney Transaction Services team. You’ll lead the due diligence on PE buyouts, founder sales and IPOs, from scoping call to sign-off.

About you

• CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA or CA(SA) qualified
• 5+ years’ Corporate Finance experience, including a solid run in Transaction Services or Financial Due Diligence at a Big Four/Mid-Tier/Specialist Advisory firm, where you already lead engagements
• You’re curious and thorough
• Clients trust you, because you explain difficult findings clearly and with care
• You coach your Senior Analysts and enjoy watching them grow
