Reef Cool by Trimech is looking for an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Service Manager to join our Airlie Beach branch in Queensland, Australia.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Working alongside our Branch Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and developing our service operations.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring and supporting our service team.
• Overseeing daily scheduling, workflow and service delivery.
• Driving productivity, efficiency and profitability.
• Building strong customer relationships and identifying business opportunities.
• Supporting the ongoing success and growth of the branch.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven HVAC or Refrigeration Service Management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive, motivated and commercially minded approach.
