The Pharmacist will support comprehensive medication management and patient care, including medication dispensing, clinical consultation, and compliance with applicable pharmacy and regulatory standards. Position Highlights Full-time opportunity Federal healthcare setting In-person position $66.00 per hour Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) Paid time off Referral program Relocation assistance Dedicated recruiting and credentialing support Key Responsibilities Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing Support comprehensive medication therapy management Provide clinical pharmacy consultations Perform patient assessment and medication review Support inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services Support pharmacy services across ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, and Pediatric settings Perform sterile compounding as required Maintain compliance with applicable pharmacy and regulatory standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and timely pharmacy documentation Qualifications Minimum 3 years of outpatient and inpatient pharmacy experience , including ICU, Med/Surg, NICU, Pediatric, and sterile compounding Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Graduate of a college or university accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist Must be a U.S. citizen Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers Must be physically capable of standing and/or sitting for extended periods and performing all services required under the contract Special Requirements & Skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment Ability to reprioritize responsibilities on short notice Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and responsibilities Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Effective time-management skills Ability to meet deadlines in a deadline-intensive environment High level of adaptability and willingness to embrace change About MD Staffing Services MD Staffing Services is a clinician-owned and veteran-owned healthcare staffing firm connecting qualified healthcare professionals with workforce opportunities nationwide.
