Trim Management System (TMS) Manager

Plant/Site: JBS Dinmore Plant Req Id: 15965 Date Posted: 27 Jul 2026 About the Role JBS Dinmore is currently seeking an experienced Trim Management System (TMS) Manager to join our Dinmore Plant. Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, you will lead and coordinate fabrication activities across the site's Trim Management System, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality, food safety and compliance standards. This role oversees fabrication operations involving conveyors, chutes, bins, blow lines, screw conveyors, trim tables and associated equipment, while managing workshop activities including welding, machining, forming and stainless-steel fabrication. You will work closely with Production and Engineering teams to plan and deliver maintenance activities, shutdowns and equipment upgrades, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and minor capital projects. The role also involves reviewing technical drawings and documentation, maintaining fabrication quality standards, supporting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions to improve equipment reliability and minimise operational downtime. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in the meat industry (essential) Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role highly regarded Strong communication, interpersonal and delegation skills Demonstrated problem ‑ solving capability Knowledge of workplace health & safety and quality assurance Strong computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer ‑ focused approach High attention to detail and the ability to work at pace Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment Why Join JBS?
