Job Description 1: Passenger Bus Driver

Position Title: Passenger Bus Driver (SSW-i)

Industry: Passenger Transit & Automobile Transportation

Location: Major Cities / Local Municipalities across Japan

Visa Type: Specified Skilled Worker i (SSW-i)

We are looking for courteous and customer-focused Passenger Bus Drivers to operate local, highway, or charter bus services. You will provide safe, reliable, and punctual transportation while maintaining high customer service standards for local residents and visitors.

Key Requirements:

• Language Proficiency:
• JLPT Level N4 OR JFT-Basic (A2 level / 200+ points).
• Skill Evaluation:
• Passed the SSW Automobile Transportation Skills Evaluation Test (Truck Category).
• Driver’s License:
• Valid light vehicle driver’s license from country of origin eligible for Japanese License Conversion (Gaimen Kirikae) OR a valid light vehicle Japanese Driver’s License & more than 3 years experience.
• Experience & Age: Minimum 21 years old; prior commercial driving experience for minimum 3 years is strongly preferred
