Seeking a Urologist to join a growing practice in a well-equipped health system.
Ideal for both experienced physicians and recent graduates. The role involves providing comprehensive, compassionate, and state-of-the-art surgical and medical urological care to a diverse patient population. The practice offers immediate volume, with a mix of general urology and subspecialties such as oncology, supported by a strong referral base. Key responsibilities include participating in surgical procedures, including robotic-assisted surgeries with two DaVinci robots. The position is a replacement role with shared call duties (1:7). The compensation package includes a $625k guarantee for two years, sign-on, and retention bonuses.
Candidates should have an MD/DO and be eligible for J1 or H1-B visas. The practice is part of a modern facility featuring a 500,000 sq ft hospital expansion, Level III Trauma Center, advanced technological equipment, and a 55,000 sq ft Cancer Center.
Located in a charming town with excellent public schools, outdoor recreation, and scenic views of national parks and Mount Rainier, offering a family-friendly environment. The area combines suburban comfort with access to nearby Seattle for city amenities.
