Annual Leave entitlement . 12 working days, which can be taken after 3 months of joining. Salary Review Twice a year . We will review your salary twice annually in December and June. So, you can focus on your work and improve your performance every day. Relocation Allowance . We provide a relocation allowance if you do not live in Yogyakarta. The allowance will cover moving costs for you and your family. Staff Engagement Activities . Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/Product Design , with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project ownership. Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of UX and usability principles, including visual hierarchy, information architecture, typography, and user flows. Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries. Comfortable using AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Figma Make, ChatGPT, Claude) to support design exploration and workflow efficiency. Experience conducting usability testing and applying findings to improve designs. Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design process. Ability to translate business goals and user research into product strategy, user flows, and MVP scope. Skilled in owning the end-to-end UX/Product Design process, from research and problem framing through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff. Ability to use AI-assisted design tools effectively while applying good judgment and maintaining ownership of final design decisions. Possess strong English communication skills, both written and spoken. Having experience with front-end development will be a plus Willing to work onsite at our Yogyakarta Office . Responsibilities: Development of SoftwareSeni’s products.
